Plant based cuisine
An appreciation for healthy eating led Ingrid to become certified in plant-based nutrition in 2016 through eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Combining the fundamentals of plant-based nutrition with her skills as a chef allows Ingrid to create healthful, flavorful dishes for her clientele, including guests at mind/body retreats where clean and restorative meals are paramount. All nutrients in animal-based foods are better provided by plants.
