Connecting with others and engaging in an activity that nourishes one’s spirit is my idea of a retreat. A retreat should be authentic to your tastes and comforts while still being rejuvenating and therapeutic. Whether you would like to cook with family and friends and enjoy a meal together, or to be served a healthy seasonal meal after a vigorous hike or quiet meditation, I look forward to crafting your restorative time with you.

I am cooking at a three-day retreat at Akasha Retreat Center in October 2017. I am starting a 200-hour Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher training certification program at Flydog Yoga in September 2017. I believe both of these new endeavors will allow me to better assist you in planning your retreat.
