Connecting with others and engaging in an activity that nourishes one’s spirit is my idea of a retreat. A retreat should be authentic to your tastes and comforts while being rejuvenating and therapeutic. Whether you would like to cook with family and friends and enjoy a meal together, or to be served a healthy seasonal meal after a vigorous hike or yoga practice, I look forward to crafting your restorative time with you. Retreats may be friends gathering together for a weekend to celebrate a bride or groom to be, or a meditation retreat, fueled by healthy meals & refreshing snacks. I received my 200 hour Certificate in Power Vinyasa yoga in March 2018 from Flydog Yoga & completed Yin yoga training with YogaSparks in May 2018. I currently teach Power Vinyasa & Vinyasa Flow to YIn at Flydog Yoga.
I plan to share my passion for yoga & exceptional food in retreats and mini retreats. (Flow To Feast website coming soon.)
