Connecting with others and engaging in an activity that nourishes one’s spirit is my idea of a retreat. A retreat should be authentic to your tastes and comforts while still being rejuvenating and therapeutic. Whether you would like to cook with family and friends and enjoy a meal together, or to be served a healthy seasonal meal after a vigorous hike or yoga practice, I look forward to crafting your restorative time with you.  If you are organizing a retreat and would like to discuss a meal plan for your event, please contact me.  

I received my 200 hour Certificate in Power Vinyasa yoga in March 2018 & completed Yin yoga training in May 2018. I plan to share my passion for yoga & exceptional food in mini retreats.  Coming soon:
